We had a really nice experience at this hotel. The staff was amazingly friendly. Everything was exceptional. We had a superior king room, which was functional and decent sized. The location near Glebe Park was marvelous and handy.

The room is upgraded and there are pleasant views of the garden. Its location is amazing, really close to many restaurants, Commonwealth Park for an event, and the center of Civic. There is Synchronicity Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

We had a fantastic time at our recent stay! The hotel is perfectly located, with beautiful trees providing shade just steps away from the bustling city center. We loved exploring the nearby restaurants for delicious meals. The staff truly went above and beyond, even going so far as to send our forgotten belongings back to us in an express post envelope. Special thanks to Bree at the Concierge desk, who provided exceptional service on her first day. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a delightful view. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, ensuring we didn't waste any food. The overall facilities were excellent, with efficient housekeeping and friendly staff always ready to assist.

The location here is great and lovely, with on-site parking available; there are plenty of delicious breakfast options, and the check-in process is efficient and check-out is easy.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to all the main shopping areas. The room was modern and just the right size, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff here were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as the welcome drink and the well-maintained garden area. this place provided a wonderful experience with its modern facilities and friendly staff.

I liked the convenience of the hotel and the reasonable parking underneath. The staff were helpful.

I did not like the doonas on the bed as they were too hot for an air conditioned room.

The room had a kettle, a kitchenette area, and coffee, along with a comfy bed. I loved the lovely view of the park from the hotel. The location of the hotel in Canberra is fantastic, very close to many good restaurants, shops, eateries, and even a cinema.
